Alumni Merit/Pioneer Award Nomination Form

Thank you for your interest in nominating a Saint Louis University graduate for either the Alumni Merit Award or the Pioneer Award. Please visit our alumni website to see full award details. A fillable PDF is available on the website if you are not able to complete this online registration form.

Full-time Saint Louis University faculty and staff are not eligible to receive a college or school Alumni Merit Award or the Pioneer Award. However, full-time faculty and staff who are at the point of retirement or have already retired are eligible. Students currently enrolled at SLU during the award year are not eligible for either award. No alumni who are currently in public office are eligible for the awards.

The last day to submit nominations is October 31, 2025.
